    Test your B.P. With out any machine.


    1. 1. Put your left hand on your heart.

    2. Close your palm (Muthi) with full force.

    3. Count your heart beats/min.

    4. On 120th beat open your palm and start counting back from 120 to zero.

    5. Now put your hand up and stand for 120 sec.

    6. Now stand on one leg for 120sec.

    7. Now at once start running at 80m/hour to north and keep running for 80 min Now stop at once.

    9. Now after 80 minutes. Just relax.

    10. If you were smiling during reading message your B.P. is normal.








    You B.P. Is now 120/80.

    Perfect!
