    Alfaaz thay k jugnu aawaz k safar main
    Ban jae jangalon main jis tarah rasta sa

    Khawbon main Khawb us k yadon main yaad us ki
    Nindon main ghul gaya ho jaise k rat_jaga sa

    Pehle bhi log aae kitne hi zindagi main
    Wo har tarah se lekin auron se tha juda sa

    Agli muhabbaton ne vo naa_muraadiyaan di
    Taza rafaaqaton se dil tha dara dara sa

    Kuch ye k muddaton se ham bhi nahi thay roae
    Kuch zehar main bujha tha ahbaab ka dilaasa

    Phir yun hua k saavan ankhon main aa basay thay
    Phir yun hua k jaise dil bhi tha aabala sa

    Ab sach kahen to yaaro ham ko khabar nahi thi
