125 gm butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup self-raising flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
¾ cups white rolled oats
¼ cup Chocolate chips
Directions:
Beat butter, vanilla essence, sugar and egg together until light and fluffy.
Then stir in self-raising flour, cocoa powder and white oats to make a soft dough.
Make flat cookie shapes, 2-3 inch in diameter and spread onto a greased oven tray.
Press a few chocolate chips onto each cookie.
Bake in moderate oven (375 degree Farenheit) for about 10 minutes.
